Mark Wahlberg Takes Villainous Turn as Deadly Pilot in Flight Risk Trailer
Mark Wahlberg departs from his typical heroic roles to portray a villainous character in the upcoming thriller Flight Risk, complete with a dramatic new hairstyle featuring partial head-shaving.
The film follows Daryl Booth (Wahlberg), a pilot transporting Air Marshal Madolyn Harris (Michelle Dockery) and witness Winston (Topher Grace) through Alaska. The story takes a dark turn when Booth reveals himself as a mob-hired hitman targeting Winston. After Harris subdues Booth, she must pilot the aircraft to safety while keeping her prisoner secured.
Mel Gibson directs this thriller from Jared Rosenberg's screenplay, marking Gibson's first directorial project since the Oscar-nominated Hacksaw Ridge (2016). The film reunites Gibson and Wahlberg following their collaborations on Father Stu (2022) and Daddy's Home 2 (2017).
