Starting a private match in CS2 requires just a few simple steps. Here's how to set it up and customize your experience:

Creating a Private Lobby

  1. Open CS2 and go to the Matchmaking tab
  2. Select "Play with Friends"
  3. Press Shift + Tab to open Steam overlay
  4. Invite friends from your Steam friends list
